Every week for 8 weeks, we meet together as a group online for 90 minutes, personally guided by Ashana & James Kawainui. Each week builds upon the next with practical tools and processes to help you transform and improve your health: body mind and spirit.
NEW HEALING MUSIC & MEDITATIONS WEEKLY
Each week you will receive a new downloadable recording of original healing music with alchemy crystal singing bowls and Ashana's signature angelic vocals, many of which are exclusive to SOUNDRx and not available to the general public. All music in SOUNDRx was recorded and created with Ashana by award-winning producer Thomas Barquee and crafted to enhance healing through high frequency sound.
LIVE SOUND HEALING MEDITATIONS
Each week you will have the opportunity to stay beyond the 90 minute session to participate in a live sound healing meditation with Ashana and the alchemy crystal singing bowls. All meditations will be recorded and available in the course portal within 24 hours.
1:1 HAWAIIAN HEALING SESSION WITH JAMES
As part of the course, each participant will have the opportunity to meet privately with James for a personal 1:1 60 minute Hawaiian Healing session . James will help you identify a particular burning issue or concern related to your spiritual, emotional or physical health and offer guidance and support to balance and clear the energy around it.
